Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een ervaren Operator Productie voor een moderne bakkerij waar productie 7 dagen per week draait. Je bedient en stelt de productieapparatuur af, bereidt deeg voor, controleert ingrediënten en bewaakt de proceskwaliteit.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, inclusief nachten en weekenden. Vereiste: technische inslag, nauwkeurige werkhouding en verantwoordelijkheid.

Qualifications

• Technische instelling en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
• Bereid in 3-ploegendienst te werken, inclusief nacht en weekend.
• Ervaring als operator productie of minimaal 2 jaar in productie-omgeving.

Responsibilities

• Time de afwijkingen of technische issues snel en houd de lijn veilig en efficiënt.
• Bedien en pas productieapparatuur aan tijdens het bakproces.
• Bereid deeg voor, controleer ingrediënten en bewaak productkwaliteit tijdens productie.

Are you an experienced Production Operator looking for a stable job with good pay and plenty of responsibility?

In this role, you will work in a modern industrial bakery where production runs 7 days a week.

You will operate and adjust production machinery, prepare dough, check ingredients and monitor the entire process. You quickly notice deviations, solve minor issues and make sure quality, hygiene and food safety standards are met. You will work in a 3-shift schedule, including nights and weekends. We are looking for someone with production experience, technical insight and a responsible working attitude.

• €23.68 - €28.82 gross per hour, including the average 30% shift allowance
