Job summary

Intro EU Staffing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for a modern bakery in Tiel to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, and support continuous improvement in the bakery. The role operates on a two-shift schedule (05:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00) with early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance or technical service in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience diagnosing industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and participate in breakdown services.
• Good communication and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

For a modern bakery in Tiel, we are looking for an Maintenance Technician who can keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

About the job:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work on a wide range of production and packaging machinery within our industrial bakery. You combine hands‑on mechanical skills with electrical troubleshooting expertise and are comfortable working in a dynamic production environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical breakdowns
• Responding to maintenance call‑outs and supporting the breakdown service
• Inspecting machines and identifying potential technical issues before they occur
• Replacing and repairing machine components when needed
• Recording maintenance activities and technical findings
• Working closely with production colleagues to improve machine performance and reliability
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the bakery

You will work in a two-shift system:

• Early shift: 05:00 - 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 - 23:00

Every Friday you finish two hours earlier.

You have it:

• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical service role within a production environment
• Strong proven mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and production equipment
• A proactive approach to technical problem‑solving
• Willingness to work in a two‑shift system and participate in breakdown services
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Residence within 30 km of Tiel
• Your own accommodation in the region or willingness to stay in company‑arranged accommodation with a private room
• Independent transportation or a valid driver's licence

• Gross monthly salary between €3,250 and €4,500, depending on experience
• 34% shift allowance for work before 06:00 and after 18:00
