Job summary

OnLogic is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day floor activities across warehouse, manufacturing, and customer support for our EU operations. You will direct the team, optimize resource planning, and drive Lean improvements while upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards.

You will work to grow the team in line with our ambitious 30-50% organizational growth, collaborating with international offices and maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• You speak and write English at a full professional level.
• You have leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• You have knowledge of and experience with ERP systems related to procurement, you understand capacity planning and scheduling.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a technical discipline.
• Affinity with computer hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the operations team on a daily basis to ensure smooth execution across warehouse, manufacturing, and customer support.
• Manage flexible daily resource planning and shift allocations to meet immediate operational goals.
• Oversee daily floor workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement quick improvements.
• Motivate and develop team members to align with company values and growth plans.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and integrate LEAN principles into daily operations.
• Assist in onboarding and scaling the team to support rapid organizational growth.
