Job summary

Starboard Boats is seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Ticketing Associate in Amsterdam to welcome guests, sell tickets, and check guests in for canal cruises. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm, informative experience and guiding guests through the booking process.

Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus. You will multitask in a fast-paced setting, assist tourists and locals, and represent Starboard Boats with enthusiasm and a guest-centric

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people from all over the world.
• Sales oriented and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at docksides and process ticket sales.
• Check guests in with efficiency and accuracy.
• Be a knowledgeable ambassador and provide recommendations.
• Manage queues and guest flow to ensure prompt service.
• Record sales and inquiries and provide feedback to the team.
