Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is offering an Operations Management Intern position for Oct/Nov 2026. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads across Front Office, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Housekeeping to support daily operations and leadership initiatives.

Ideal candidates are in the final years of a Bachelor’s or pursuing a Master’s in Hospitality/Hotel Management, ready for at least a 5-month engagement, with strong English communication and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Registered with a recognised educational institution for a leadership, hospitality, or management internship.
• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's programme, or enrolled in a Master's programme, preferably in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Available for an internship duration of at least 5 months.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a professional, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks, gaining insight into hotel-wide decision-making.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience.
• Provide operational support to Front Office, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Housekeeping as needed.
• Assist department heads with administration, planning, scheduling, and quality checks.
• Contribute to improving commercial and operational performance by supporting sales initiatives and events.
• Participate in meetings, projects, and leadership activities during the internship.

As an Operations Management Intern, you will be positioned at the heart of the hotel operation. Working closely with the General Manager, department heads, and operational teams, this internship offers real exposure to leadership, decision‑making, and coordination within a professional hotel environment. You will gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations, leadership activities, and commercial initiatives while supporting the day‑to‑day operation across multiple departments.
