Job summary

Simply Green, Almere, is seeking an Operations Manager to run the ERP-driven daily engine of our wholesale business across Europe. You will lead Customer Service, collaborate with Warehouse, Sales and Finance, and own NetSuite administration to keep processes aligned with growth.

You’ll document procedures, push improvements, and explore automation. This is a hands‑on role with clear ownership in a growing, international team.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of operations management experience in distribution, logistics, wholesale or e‑commerce.
• Hands-on ERP administration; experience configuring roles, workflows and data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; adaptable in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, coordinate Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales for six European markets.
• Own NetSuite administration: roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches and templates.
• Improve processes, document SOPs, and explore automation to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate supplier operations and liaise with Stock Controller on orders and deliveries.
