HEF associates seeks an ERP Application Specialist in Amsterdam to manage and optimise the NetSuite platform across Finance, Asset Management and commercial teams.

You will bridge users, business stakeholders and partners, driving adoption, configuring workflows, and delivering practical NetSuite solutions with a focus on process improvements and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, Application Administrator, or similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Experience with user management, system configuration, application support and release management.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of ERP processes within Finance and operational environments.
• Familiarity with IT service management and change management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage users, roles, permissions and system configurations.
• Configure and maintain workflows, dashboards, forms and integrations.

We’re hiring an ERP Application Specialist in Amsterdam

Our client is a fast-growing company focused on sustainable energy solutions, with projects spanning solar systems, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and EV solutions. Their technology and innovation are helping redefine the renewable energy landscape across Europe.

The role

As an ERP Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support and continuous improvement of the company's NetSuite platform. You will ensure the system remains reliable, user-friendly and aligned with business needs across Finance, Asset Management and commercial teams.

Acting as the bridge between users, business stakeholders and external partners, you will drive adoption, optimise processes and help maximise the value of the platform.

An overview of your responsibilities:

What you bring to the table:

• 3–5 years of experience as an ERP Administrator, Application Administrator, or similar role

• Understanding of ERP processes within Finance and operational environments
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow or NetSuite integrations
• Knowledge of Finance and Asset Management processes in the Energy Sector is a plus
• Experience in a multi-country environment is a plus
• Familiarity with IT service management and change management processes is a plus
