Job summary

Simply Green B.V. in Almere seeks an Operations Manager to run day‑to‑day operations and own the NetSuite ERP system.

You will lead the Customer Service team, coordinate with Warehouse, Sales and Finance, and drive cross‑department collaboration to keep orders moving across six European markets. With 3–8 years in operations and hands‑on ERP administration (NetSuite preferred), you will document processes, build SOPs, optimize workflows and explore automation to scale the business while

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of operations management experience in distribution, logistics, wholesale or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on ERP administration experience, ideally NetSuite or similar systems.
• Experience configuring roles, workflows and data in ERP systems.
• Process‑first mindset with ability to document and improve procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Adaptable to a changing environment and able to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service team across six European markets.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to set priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate orders flow from webshop or sales to warehouse to customer.
• Own NetSuite administration: roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches and templates.
• Maintain data accuracy and manage issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Improve processes and systems; document SOPs and explore automation.
