Job summary

Simply Green, a growing international wholesale distributor of cannabis and smoking accessories, is seeking an Operations Leader to own the ERP system and daily operations from Almere. You will manage the Customer Service team, coordinate with the Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams, and drive process improvements to scale the business.

The role requires hands‑on NetSuite administration, a process‑driven mindset and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of operations management experience in distribution, logistics, wholesale or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on ERP administration experience, ideally NetSuite or similar.
• Experience configuring roles, workflows and data in ERP systems.
• Process‑first mindset with ability to document and standardise processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfort working in a changing environment and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise Customer Service across six European markets.
• Work with Warehouse Manager to set priorities, remove bottlenecks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and other teams to ensure orders flow smoothly to customers.
• Own NetSuite administration and manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches and templates.
