Job summary

DSV Tholen is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to drive performance in a busy 3PL warehouse. You will lead a team of 5–10 colleagues, oversee inbound and outbound processes, set priorities, and ensure safety, quality and results.

You coach the team, provide direction, and collaborate with Customer Service while acting as a trusted partner for the Warehouse Manager. When the Warehouse Manager is absent you take responsibility to keep the operation on track and continuously seek improvements.

Qualifications

• relevant leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, for example as a Team Lead or in a similar role;
• a flexible mindset and the willingness to work day shifts and, in the future, to move to a two-shift schedule depending on operational needs;
• a good command of English, enabling you to communicate clearly, guide colleagues, and effectively manage the daily operation.

Responsibilities

• lead the daily warehouse operation, setting priorities and ensuring smooth inbound/outbound processes.
• coach, provide direction, and monitor opportunities for process improvement.
• communicate with Customer Service and act as a trusted sparring partner for the Warehouse Manager.
• when the Warehouse Manager is absent, take responsibility and keep the operation on track.
