Your mission

As our Operations Intern, you will play a key role in improving and supporting our service processes and communication flow. You will rotate between multiple core teams within the Operations Department:

  • The Guidance & Control team, where you assist our team of Relocation Coordinators with quality control and administrative tasks.
  • The Housing Team, where you gain hands‑on experience with the housing search, documentation, and everything that comes with helping newcomers secure their first home.

By contributing to these different teams, you’ll develop a broad understanding of the relocation journey, from initial contact to the moment someone receives their keys. Your fresh perspective will be highly valued, and you will have room to propose improvements and contribute to ongoing process development.

  • Work closely with colleagues across Operations to understand and support internal and external communication flows;
  • Provide direct support to international hires, helping them navigate their move smoothly and professionally;
  • Assist with housing‑related tasks such as documentation, communication with partners, and coordinating housing processes;
  • Spot inefficiencies, share your ideas, and contribute to internal improvement projects that help shape the future of our service;
  • Lead your own core project, focused on improving part of our operations or communication flow - shaped around your own interests and learning goals;
  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and build professional relationships that last beyond your internship.

  • A lively, international team that loves a good joke and good energy;
  • Attractive secondary benefits such as a Swapfiets bike;
  • Great company lunch, fun activities, sports events, Friday drinks, and more.
