Job summary

HousingAnywhere Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Campus Recruitment Intern to support internship hiring across France and Rotterdam. You will manage the pipeline, assist in interviews, and help build our employer brand with students.

You join the People Ops team, contribute to a fast-paced internship program, and gain foundations in talent acquisition with ownership of your roles and projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle internship recruitment process with Hiring Managers in intake meetings, interviews, and candidate pipelines.
• Publish vacancies across diverse channels and university boards; proactively source top talent.
• Act as HousingAnywhere’s brand ambassador by engaging with university networks and promoting our internship employer value proposition.

Motivated by the Talent and People field? We are looking for a driven and highly organised Campus Recruitment Intern to join our team and support our high-season internship hiring. This is the perfect launchpad for someone interested in people-related roles but who brings a strong commercial mindset. You won’t just be shadowing, you will learn the foundations of talent acquisition while having full ownership of your roles.

Your team

You will join our People Ops department, which includes HR, Recruitment, IT, and Office Management. As part of the Recruitment team, you’ll work alongside two other Recruiters to attract top talent to HousingAnywhere & Studapart, with a focus on internship positions. We value a high level of ownership, autonomy, teamwork and a results-oriented mindset.

Your role

As the Campus Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in the internship hiring for our offices in France and Rotterdam. This includes:

• Drive the Full-Cycle Process: Step right into the action! You will partner with Hiring Managers in intake meetings, conduct first-round interviews, and guide candidates smoothly through your own pipeline.
• Talent Attraction: Get our roles seen by the right young talent. You will strategically publish vacancies across diverse channels and university boards, and jump into proactive sourcing to hunt down talent.
• Act as our Brand Ambassador: Be the face of HousingAnywhere! You will dive into the university recruitment network, build our employer brand, and connect with the next generation of talent.

Your profile

• Language skills: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a big plus.
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset: You enjoy interacting with and persuading diverse stakeholders.
• A true go-getter: You have a proactive, energetic and action-oriented attitude.
• Structured & autonomous: Great organisational skills (you love keeping things on track) and feel completely comfortable owning your work in a fast-paced environment.
