Job summary

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in Amsterdam is offering an internship in cruise operations. You will support preparation, execution, and evaluation of operational processes while updating suppliers and booking guides.

What will you do?

As An Intern, You Dive Into The World Of Cruise Operations And Support The Preparation, Execution, And Evaluation Of Operational Processes

• Update suppliers about bookings and guest information
• Book tour guides and guides according to planning
• Collaborate with the Port Operations Manager and collect feedback
• Develop a feedback system for Tour Directors
• Handle last-minute changes and coordinate with international partners
