Job summary

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in Amsterdam is offering an internship in cruise operations. You will support preparation, execution, and evaluation of operational processes while updating suppliers and booking guides.

You’ll coordinate with international partners and help develop feedback systems. The role requires studying Business Management or Supply Chain, strong English, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Management or Supply Chain.
• Strong English; Dutch is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Update suppliers about bookings and guest information
• Book tour guides according to planning
• Collaborate with the Port Operations Manager and collect feedback
• Develop a feedback system for Tour Directors
• Handle last-minute changes and coordinate with international partners
