Job summary

Tiqets International in Amsterdam is seeking a Commercial Excellence Intern to join our Commercial Operations team. Based at our headquarters, you will support longtail partners and growth initiatives within our affiliate networks.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage partner inquiries, onboard affiliates, and translate data insights into actionable priorities. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus, and you must be a current student.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or similar) for the whole period of the internship.
• You are highly energetic, curious and like getting things done.
• You are often looking at things from a commercial perspective.
• You are not afraid to interact with colleagues and partners.
• You are service oriented.
• You are a good problem solver.
• You can work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are proficient in English, extra languages such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for our partners via email, addressing their inquiries
• Support the affiliate network manager onboarding, supporting and growing the affiliate partners working through the affiliate networks
• Support the Commercial Excellence managers coordinating, executing and improving existing processes setup with other departments (e.g finance, supply, product, etc)
• Support the Sales team with projects within the partner funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, optimisation) to help growing the performance
• Translate data insights, partner feedback, and industry trends into short and long-term priorities for the team
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend partners' needs, identify gaps in our offerings, and develop clear processes.
• Understand the partner journey map and identify solutions for a seamless partner experience

What you will do

:

As a Commercial Excellence intern, you'll support the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. Based at our Headquarters in Amsterdam, you'll report directly to the Team Lead of the Commercial Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our longtail partners within our direct affiliate program and networks and support any growth initiative projects. This means you will be in touch with a broad range of stakeholders within the company.
