Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, packaging, tracking, compliance with GDP and import/export rules, and collaboration with service providers to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support Advanced Therapies team with daily operations.
• Coordinate shipments with LSPs, branches, and depots.
• Prepare, place, and verify appropriate packaging and equipment per COPs/SOPs.
• Coordinate driver dispatch to meet schedules and GDP documentation.
• Work with regulatory team to ensure import/export compliance and IATA DG basics.
• Book shipments with airlines and integrators for best routing.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of Advanced Therapies shipments.
• Maintain data entry and track shipment milestones (departure, arrival, customs).
• Send pre-alerts to Marken branches and service providers.
• Escalate issues to the Advanced Therapies Management Team.
