Job summary

Silverflow is seeking an Operations Analyst to ensure the platform and operational deliverables are accurate and timely. You will work with Product, Data, Engineering, and Account Management to triage incidents, investigate root causes, implement permanent solutions, and resolve complex customer inquiries.

As we scale, you will automate workflows, build internal dashboards, and elevate the customer experience while maintaining strict data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, STEM, or adjacent analytical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Tech, or startup/scale-up environment.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Triage incidents, investigate root causes, implement permanent solutions and resolve complex inquiries.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Account Management teams.
• Automate manual workflows and build internal dashboards to boost efficiency.
