Job summary

Silverflow is a cloud-native payment processing platform with a single API to card networks. As an Operations Analyst, you will triage incidents, investigate root causes, and implement permanent solutions while collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering, and Account Management teams.

You will automate manual workflows, build internal dashboards, and elevate the customer experience, contributing to scalable operations as Silverflow processes billions of transactions annually.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, operations, STEM or related analytical field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, tech, or startups.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Proactive, ownership-driven with end-to-end problem solving.
• English professional fluency; Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operations: triage incidents, investigate root causes, resolve issues, and communicate findings.
• Develop our Products: propose and scope features to improve service quality and performance.
• Optimize and Automate Processes: design and implement automated workflows.
• Build Insights and Tooling: visualize performance and build tooling for teams.
• Deliver Strategic Support: provide high-impact operational support to sales and account teams.
