VIA Logistics Professionals is seeking a Business Analyst Logistics to drive improvements in a hybrid role within a global supply chain setting. You will liaise with customers, operations, and IT to translate needs into actionable solutions and coordinate implementations across systems.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, support SIT/UAT testing, and deliver training to operational users, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, contract logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to translate needs into requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary customer contact for improvement initiatives, change requests, and projects.
• Identify optimization opportunities and translate business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate customer implementations, system upgrades, and migration projects.
• Lead and support SIT and UAT testing activities.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Train and support operational users through knowledge transfer and work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with customers, operations, management, and IT teams.
