Chane, an international tank storage company, invites applications for an Operations Administrative Assistant at our Amsterdam terminal. You welcome drivers, process information, check documentation, and ensure the right data is available to colleagues, helping daily operations run safely and efficiently.

You will switch between tasks, interact with drivers, operators, and Customer Service, support loading and unloading, and contribute to an accurate, proactive administrative workflow.

Competenze

• MBO-level working and thinking capability or equivalent.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Experience in an administrative, customer-focused, or coordinating role is a plus.
• Confidence working with computer systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• A proactive and responsible approach to your work.
• The ability to work well with colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a careful way of working.
