Job summary

Inditex is seeking an Operational Store Deputy in Groningen, NL. You will own the operational flow from delivery to shop floor, ensuring product availability and overall store performance.

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Store Manager, coordinating entrances, replenishment, fittings, tills and daily customer experience. The role demands ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in sales areas including entrance, maintenance, replenishment, fitting rooms and tills.

• Maintain operational standards and support security and Health & Safety procedures.
• Support sustainability commitments in daily operations.
