Inditex’s Pull&Bear in Utrecht is seeking a Department Manager to own your department, aligning product, people and performance for a strong customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager to ensure efficient operations, lead by example, and drive results through KPIs and brand standards.

You will organize schedules, support recruitment, and develop your team with daily guidance. A positive, inclusive environment with strong customer focus and adherence to safety and sustainability

Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you ensure your department runs efficiently while contributing to the overall success of the store. You follow performance through KPIs and commercial tools, identifying opportunities and taking action to improve results within your department. From product placement and replenishment to managing deliveries and preparing for sales activity, you ensure your area is always aligned with brand standards and ready for customers. Leading your team is a key part of your role. You organize schedules based on business needs, support recruitment by identifying opportunities, and develop your team through daily guidance, feedback, and clear expectations. You create a positive and inclusive environment where collaboration, respect, and accountability are part of everyday work. On the shop floor, you ensure strong execution, maintaining visual standards, supporting smooth operations, and handling customer interactions with confidence.
