INDITEX's Zara in Amsterdam seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a motivated team on the shop floor. You’ll balance operational execution with commercial focus, guiding product placement, replenishment, deliveries, and brand standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll help with scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, while maintaining store operations, security, health and safety, and sustainability.

You are closely involved in team coordination and development. You support scheduling based on business needs, contribute to recruitment processes, and work alongside HR and the Store Manager to ensure strong onboarding, training, and continuous development. Through your presence on the shop floor, you guide the team, set expectations, and help build a culture based on trust, collaboration, and accountability. You also play an important role in maintaining store operations and standards, ensuring visual guidelines are followed, handling customer queries with confidence, and supporting procedures related to security, Health & Safety, and sustainability.
