Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems is seeking a curious Operating Model Consultant to join our hybrid Digital Consulting European team in Amsterdam. You will work with senior consultants on client engagements and presales pursuits, shaping operating models, governance, and roadmaps across multiple industries, delivering measurable value from day one.

You will contribute to strategy, value, and process work, develop into an independent consultant, and participate in workshops with C-suite stakeholders while

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years in management or strategy consulting or relevant industry transformation roles
• Experience in operating model design including target operating model design, roles, structures, governance
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders
• Commercial awareness with exposure to presales, proposals or RFP responses
• Technology fluency and curiosity about AI, data and tech shaping organisations
• Certifications in change management or process improvement beneficial

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver operating model engagements including current-state assessment, gap analysis, target operating model design
• Define roles, structures and governance; roadmapping across multiple clients and industries
• Support strategy and business case work by analyzing markets and shaping strategic options
• Apply value frameworks and connect initiatives to measurable business value
• Plan and facilitate client workshops with clear, insightful materials
• Support presales and RFP responses shaping new opportunities with account leads
• Contribute reusable frameworks and content to strengthen offerings
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and manage client relationships
