Job summary

Tony's Chocolonely Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator OOH to drive the Benelux sales engine. You will ensure accurate data across ERP/Sales tools, support the sales team, and transform numbers into insights that help the team sell smarter.

You will be the go-to for data, coordinating across teams, and maintaining strong relationships with OOH partners. The role reports to the Sales Manager OOH NL and offers hybrid work with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or commercial operations role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Strong planning, multi-stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales administration: maintain pricing, product data, SKU details, and customer setups across systems.
• Provide fast, accurate support to customers and build strong relationships with OOH partners.
• Create commercial insights by translating master data into clear overviews and dashboards.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional materials and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Customer Logistics, Demand Planning, and Finance.
• Own a portfolio of smaller OOH accounts (up to 50K revenue) and nurture relationships.
