Job summary

Tony’s Chocolonely is seeking a Forecast Analyst to join our team and Own the statistical forecast, data quality, and insights across global demand planning. You will collaborate with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy and drive inventory efficiency.

In this role you will build forecasting foundations, deploy models and tools like Jedox, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to transform data into practical insights.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and planning systems such as Jedox.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a reliable statistical forecast for demand planning and S&OP.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Data & IT to improve forecast performance.
• Translate forecast outputs into actionable insights and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Lead forecasting improvements and governance, ensuring data quality and baseline forecasts.
