Onsite QA/QC Manager: Leadership & Compliance

Job summary

Global E&C Solutions seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead on-site QA/QC activities in Maasvlakte. You will own the QA/QC system, coordinate interfaces across disciplines and with partners, and drive conformity and continuous improvement of site documentation.

The role requires an engineering quality degree, EN 1090/ASME/NEN knowledge, PED/ATEX exposure, and strong leadership with fluent English. You will report to project leadership and interface with authorities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Quality with strong QA/QC background.
• Knowledge of EN 1090, ASME B31.3 & ASME VIII Div 1, NEN regulations.
• Experience in civil, structural, mechanical, piping and E&I domains.
• Familiarity with PED and ATEX certification processes.
• Proficient English, bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the QA/QC function with client, partners and subcontractors on QA/QC issues.
• Own and manage the QA/QC system on site and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate QA/QC interfaces between disciplines, partners and subs.
• Demonstrate strong management, leadership and inter-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure quality per internal and international requirements and benchmarks.
• Provide realistic and verifiable QA/QC reports on milestones and trends.
• Interface with local authorities and inspection bodies as needed.
• Participate in technical audits of contractors on site.
• Manage the Global E&C solution QA/QC team on site.
• Lead electronic site documentation system improvements and functionality.
• Lead preparation of Conformity Declaration packages and ensure successful completion.
• Oversee Non-Conformity handling on site.
