Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site QA/QC activities on Netherlands projects. The role focuses on installation processes, documentation, and adherence to project standards while promoting Sisk management systems.

Training staff on quality practices is required and coordination with stakeholders is essential. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, formal QA/QC credentials, and a track record of driving quality improvements on complex construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering projects.
• Proven leadership in managing site quality activities and installation processes.
• Experience with quality issues in construction; knowledge of sustainability and health & safety beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of quality documentation for installation and handover.
• Drive implementation of Sisk management systems across the project and train staff on quality practices.
• Coordinate with site teams and Package Managers on quality data, audits, non-conformances and KPIs.
• Promote Quality Awareness and embed the Quality Cycle across all personnel.
