Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an on-site QA/QC professional to lead and own the QA/QC system for E&C projects. You will report to the E&C solution QA/QC manager and represent the company with clients, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with international standards.

You will manage QA/QC interfaces across disciplines, demonstrate leadership, and deliver reliable reports on benchmarks and milestones while coordinating with authorities and contractors' audits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Report to the E&C solution QA/QC manager on site
• Represents Global E&C Solutions towards the client, partners and sub-contractors in all QA/QC related issues
• Assumes ownership and takes responsibility for the QA/QC system on site
• Manages the QA/QC interfaces between disciplines at site as well as between partners and subcontractors
• Demonstrates an inter-discipline mindset, intellectual and honest profile
• Demonstrates strong management and leadership capability
• Ensures the quality of the works according to internal and international requirements
• Provides realistic, reliable and verifiable reports on QA/QC issues, benchmarks, trends and milestones
• Manages the relation with the local authorities / inspection registered companies
• Participate in the technical audits of the contractors
• Perform inspections on site related to SMP installation with the different site supervisors
• Perform inspections on site related to welding
• Prepare and follow the execution of Pressure testing (Hydro & Pneumo), in terms of quality and safety
• Review, comment, and sign-off contractors Construction Quality files
• Experience in ASME B31.3 & B31.12
• Experience with ATEX certification
