Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an MEP Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on our Data Centre projects in the Netherlands. The role focuses on site quality activities, installation processes, and ensuring conformance to project standards and documentation.

You will train staff, drive the quality program, and liaise with the project team to deliver client-centric outcomes. Ideal candidates have proven leadership in site QA/QC for DC projects, strong knowledge of quality management systems, and the ability to

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering projects.
Proven leadership in managing site quality activities and installation processes.
Experience with quality management systems and construction quality standards.
Degree in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead site quality activities and installation processes to meet project requirements.
Act as link between site works and Sisk Site Management Team to meet customer requirements.
Prepare and submit quality documentation for installation and handover.
Promote quality management systems and provide staff training on quality practices.
Drive implementation of Sisk quality processes across the project.
Analyze data for KPI trends and drive continuous quality improvement.
Mentor staff and conduct quality-awareness workshops.
Coordinate with client and supply chain for audits and inspections.
