Job summary

Stepan Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Quality Manager QA/QC for the Vlissingen site. You will oversee the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other certifications, and lead QA/QC activities across the organization.

You will interface with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D, manage a small team, and drive continuous improvement through CAPA and audits. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Quality/Chemical/Laboratory field.
• Professional experience in QA/QC in the chemical industry or similar environment.
• Experience in supervision of teams; be a go-to-person.
• High level of safety, environmental, and quality awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems and certifications (ISO 9001, ISCC+).
• Interface with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D on quality matters and new product development.
• Report quality performance and issues to senior management.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
