Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an Onsite IT Support Analyst to deliver hands-on end-user support at the Tech Bar and onsite locations in the Netherlands. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform health checks, manage laptop imaging and upgrades, and train users on IT services.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in Desktop Support or EUC, solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, and excellent communication skills to ensure top-quality end-user experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, IT Support, or Tech Bar support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with laptop imaging, deployment, and hardware upgrades.
• Familiarity with antivirus tools and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT service management processes and ticketing tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support at the Tech Bar and onsite locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices.
• Perform device health checks, imaging, deployment, and upgrades.
• Deliver end-user training and promote IT services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate status updates to users.
