Job summary

IFS is seeking an IT Operations professional for an onsite role in the Netherlands. You will deliver advanced, multi-platform IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, including Apple device management via Jamf Pro and Intune.

The role emphasizes AI-driven applications, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration. As a frontline IT engineer, you will mentor staff, contribute to documentation, and participate in technology rollouts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
Hands-on macOS deployment, configuration, patching, security hardening and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Experience with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager and Apple Push Notification service.
Knowledge of Windows and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with AI-driven applications and workflow automation tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level multi-platform IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Lead deployments, configurations, patches, and security hardening for Apple devices in an enterprise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and reliability.
