IFS IT Operations in the Netherlands seeks an IT Support Engineer to deliver advanced, multi-platform support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in an enterprise environment.

You will act as a frontline troubleshooter and escalation point, mentoring junior staff and shaping documentation. The role involves rolling out AI‑driven workflows to improve efficiency and security. Onsite with travel to Den Bosch, NL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• Apple certifications strongly preferred (ACSP, ACiT).
• Experience in enterprise macOS deployment, management, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced multi‑platform support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Act as escalation resource for macOS and support complex issues.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical documentation.
