Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an Onsite Specialist to coordinate workplace services and support client processes under SLAs. You will manage Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, SCCM/Intune and printer/conference room support, while coordinating with offshore teams to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT Service Management, strong communication, and hands-on experience with AD/Azure/M365 and Windows.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Experience in a production environment is advantageous; strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL certification is an advantage; Preferably ServiceNow as a tool.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure, SCCM & Intune, M365 and Windows (MCSE) knowledge.
• Entra ID / Intune / Exchange usage and basic configurations.
• Organizational and self-starting abilities with a structured way of working.
• Travel within the country per Opco Guidelines; availability for critical issues outside offshore hours.
• Maintain agreed SLAs; flexibility to support H and F in Data rooms, Network, Servers, etc., coordinating with offshore/nearshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, SCCM/Intune and performing project and change activities along with routine maintenance.
• Managing the Teams telephony system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Preparing laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads for new joiners and replacements; handling hardware repairs with vendors.
• Familiar with Joiner, Mover & Leaver processes.
• Inventory management on a SharePoint-based list; tracking serials, model, warranty, cost, and allocations.
• Printer and conference room support; troubleshooting and coordinating with 3rd party vendors.
• Shipping & logistics for work-from-home users; coordinating with reception and tracking shipments.
• Reporting on asset stock weekly, monthly, quarterly; aligning onsite with offshore/nearshore teams; governance for hybrid delivery and security compliance.
