Zusammenfassung

APL Logistics in Amsterdam is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle and support office management on-site at the Amsterdam warehouse. You will collaborate with leaders and HR peers across EMEA, handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and data entry in Oracle Fusion and Absence Management, while ensuring compliance with local labor law.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of HR Generalist/HR Admin experience, ideally in a similar environment.
• Expert knowledge of local labor law.
• Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is an asset.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on results.
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Excel skills and competent Office skills.

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for warehouse leaders on daily HR matters.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Data management for employees in HR systems (Absence Management and Oracle Fusion).
• Support global compensation processes by generating reports and reviewing data.
• Payroll preparation in cooperation with the payroll service provider.
• Support HRBP with process updates and rollouts in the Warehouse.
