Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Engineer for a long-term contract based in Eindhoven, NL. You will provide on-site support for Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment, and assist with asset management and procurement.

The role involves hands-on experience with SCCM/SCM, Office applications, mobile devices, and basic network troubleshooting. You will work with IT teams to maintain AD and Group Policies and ensure reliable endpoint operations.

Qualifications

• OS deployment via SCCM/SCM
• Anti-spyware and antivirus tooling
• Office applications and email clients
• Mobile device management (iPad, iPhone)
• Hardware break/fix for laptops, desktops, printers
• Data backup and restore processes
• Asset management and procurement
• AD and GPO familiarity

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage IT assets and procurement
• Support mobile and conferencing equipment
• Perform OS and data backup/restoration
• Assist with hardware refresh and procurement
• Troubleshoot basic network and Windows AD/GPO
