Job summary

Itproposal in the Netherlands is seeking a Deskside Technician - End User Computing to provide onsite support for end-user devices across corporate locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripherals while meeting SLAs.

The role requires 3–5 years of EUC experience, knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost/MDT), USMT backup, and Windows 7/10 deployment in large enterprises; you will collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience
• Imaging tools Ghost/MDT
• USMT backup/recovery
• Windows 7/10 deployment in large enterprises
• Configuring hardware, network, access, and mobile computing
• Monitoring and maintaining Windows 7/10 systems
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC support and meet SLAs
• Resolve incidents and problems with EUC equipment
• Perform reactive troubleshooting to prevent future incidents
• Assist users with network access, LAN/WAN, and printers
• Provide repair/maintenance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Configure and support mobile computing platforms
• Provide VIP support for equipment including displays and docking stations
• Document and report customer calls using problem management systems
• Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users
• Deskside support as required
