Job summary

Netherlands Water Partnership seeks a Project Officer for YEP Online Learning to coordinate the online trajectory, liaise with Dutch organisations and Young Experts, and ensure a smooth, well-facilitated learning experience.

You will work with training coordinators, trainers and alumni, leveraging online tools to monitor progress, evaluate courses, and implement improvements in a dynamic international setting.

Qualifications

• Based in the Netherlands with right to work in NL.
• Relevant higher education in learning and development or related fields.
• Strong planning and project management skills with ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the YEP Online Learning trajectory and online courses.
• Manage CRM data and statistics for the programme.
• Support offline training coordination and logistics when needed.
• Coordinate mentors and supervisors involvement and selection interviews.
• Represent the YEP programme bureau at training days and events.
