Job summary

Enexis is seeking an experienced project lead to accelerate and optimize training processes to support the energy transition. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure knowledge quality and enable contractors to perform the work package independently.

In this role you will manage stakeholders, drive completion of training initiatives across production sites and contractors, and ensure safety and reliability are top priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex training programs for contractors.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training processes in collaboration with production sites and contractors.
• Ensure contractors are trained to autonomously execute the work package.
