Job summary

Netherlands Water Partnership is seeking a Project Manager for the YEP Water Programme. You will coordinate the programme, engage Dutch organisations and international partners, and ensure a high-quality pipeline of young expert submissions.

Qualifications

Affinity with and/or experience in working with young professionals, early-career talent or other learning programmes.
A relevant degree in international development, water management, or related.
Excellent organisation, planning, financial reporting and project management skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and reporting processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
Accurate and analytical with experience in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the YEP Water Programme and maintain regular contact with Dutch organisations and partners.
Ensure a strong pool of high-quality YEP submissions for each batch and support participants' development.
Lead and mentor team members and act as Deputy YEP Programme manager when needed.
Contribute to news articles and social media; manage CRM updates; support financial processes.
