Brave Ones is seeking a Recruitment & Operations Associate to join our Nijmegen team. You’ll manage onboarding, contracts and registrations, ensuring a smooth experience for our international employees from day one.

You’ll collaborate with recruitment and operations, guiding employees through onboarding and ongoing needs. A proactive mindset and strong communication are essential in this fast-growing, international scale-up.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of onboarding for new employees and guide them to their first day.
• Collect, check and process employee information and documents.
• Apply for work permits and monitor their progress.
• Prepare and check contracts, registrations and placements.
• Conduct onboarding calls with new employees.
• Be a point of contact for questions by phone and email.
• Help coordinate weekly work schedules for clients.
• Monitor deadlines like contract extensions and permits.
