Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Client Onboarding Associate in Amsterdam to guide new clients from registration through KYC, set up the platform and complete the first trade. You will coordinate with sales, partnerships and the compliance team to ensure a smooth start.

You will handle routine payments and settlement queries, provide product demos, refreshers and keep CRM records up to date, re-engaging dormant clients and supporting ongoing onboarding.

Qualifications

• Excellent client-service and communication skills.
• Highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple requests.
• Confident working with clients, partners and internal teams.
• Able to take ownership of issues and coordinate them through to resolution.
• A basic understanding of FX products, payments, trading processes and KYC would be beneficial.
• Previous CRM experience is helpful.
• Junior-to-mid-level operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client journey from registration through KYC approval, platform setup and first trade.
• Contact and follow up with new inbound clients promptly.
• Act as the link between clients, partners and the KYC/Compliance team.
• Keep clients and partners informed about onboarding progress.
• Handle routine payment and settlement queries, escalating where necessary.
• Provide basic platform demonstrations and refresher sessions.
• Re-engage approved or dormant clients who have not started trading.
• Coordinate routine client reporting and operational requests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM.
• Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Trading, Compliance and Operations to ensure nothing falls through the gaps.
• Serve as the first point of contact for routine client, payment and onboarding queries.
