Bacardi seeks an Account Manager On-Trade to represent our premium spirits in Noord-Holland’s bars, restaurants, and venues. You will build strong partnerships, drive brand activations, and manage budgets to achieve growth across the region.

Ideal candidates have a degree and a track record in sales/on-trade or FMCG, with excellent networking, planning, and communication skills, and a results-driven attitude. This role is based in Noord-Holland, focusing on growth and market presence.

Are you passionate about building relationships, creating unforgettable brand experiences, and driving business growth? As our Account Manager On-Trade, you will be the face of Bacardi in influential bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues across Noord-Holland.

You'll have the opportunity to work with an iconic portfolio of (premium) spirits, partnering with customers to bring our brands to life in ways that delight consumers and drive commercial success.

What you'll do

• Build strong customer partnerships; develop and nurture outstanding relationships with key on-trade customers, understanding their business, their consumers, and identifying opportunities to grow together.
• Drive brand visibility and activation; create and execute impactful brand activations, integrations and visibility initiatives that make Bacardi brands impossible to miss.
• Deliver commercial results; own and achieve quarterly targets related to distribution, activations, visibility, and business growth, contributing directly to the success of our brands.
• Manage investments like a business owner; take responsibility for customer contracts and budgets, ensuring marketing investments deliver strong returns and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders; work closely with bar owners, venue managers, marketing teams, finance professionals, and digital experts, positioning yourself as a trusted business partner.
• Shape the future of Bacardi in Noord-Holland; help accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in Noord-Holland.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with a bachelor or master degree and preferable a couple of years experience in sales and on-trade sector or FMCG industry required. Selling is key.
• Someone with a demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements). Passion for hunting new business.
• Someone with strong (social) networking/interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Someone with strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
• Someone with well-developed communication/presentation skills including active listening.
