Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a OneSource On-Site Administrative Coordinator in Oss, Netherlands. This 6-month fixed-term position may become permanent in 2027.

The role covers coordination for maintenance, vendor management, and SAP-based processes to support on-site service delivery. Responsibilities include managing service requests, scheduling maintenance with PE engineers and TPV providers, creating vendor POs, and assisting with change control for equipment records.

Qualifications

• Strong PC and Microsoft Windows skills.
• Languages: Dutch and English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely manner; follow standard global processes.
• Schedule service entitlements with PE engineers and TPV providers to meet due dates and SLA.
• Create vendor purchase orders for services not covered in the program.
• Follow up to ensure questions/requests are answered to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Collect data to initiate move/add/change processes and assist chargeback completion.
• Provide basic technical and administrative backup support to on-site teams.
