Job summary

Airswift is seeking an Inspection Coordinator in Zoeterwoude, Netherlands, for a 12-month assignment. You will coordinate inspections across suppliers and subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure documentation control.

The role requires strong planning and organizational skills, plus fluency in Dutch and English; you will work closely with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering and Quality teams to keep projects on track.

Job Title: Inspection Coordinator

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Zoeterwoude, Netherlands

This opportunity offers the chance to support a technically focused, project-driven environment by coordinating inspection activities across suppliers and subcontractors. The role plays an important part in maintaining inspection schedules, documentation control and follow-up of outstanding actions, while working closely with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering and Quality teams. This position will suit a professional who can bring strong inspection coordination, project administration and supplier communication capability within a dynamic technical setting.

Required Experience

• Experience in coordination and administrative activities within a technical or project-based environment
• Experience managing inspections, documentation and follow-up activities across suppliers or subcontractors
• Experience working in a dynamic, project-driven environment with changing schedules and competing priorities

Required Skills

• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Accurate administrative capability with the ability to maintain schedules, tracking registers and project records
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned activities and ensure timely follow-upClear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Dutch and English language skills, written and spoken
• Ability to identify missing information, reports or outstanding actions and proactively drive completion
