Job summary

Pratt & Whitney seeks a materials management professional to oversee an on-site OSS stockroom at the KLM facility in the Netherlands. You will handle stock replenishment, communicate fleet updates to the Program Manager, and troubleshoot SAP transactions with the U.S. home office.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, participation in program reviews, shipment tracking with carriers, and coordinating local IT infrastructure support. Five years in material management or supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Office software skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site OSS stockroom at KLM and coordinate with home office in the U.S.
• Obtain and communicate fleet updates (Monthly Flight Hours, Aircraft in Service) to Program Manager.
• Troubleshoot OSS parts orders and system transactions with U.S. staff; assist with replenishment and stock accuracy.
• Perform regular cycle counts and participate in annual program reviews with customer and Program Manager.
• Coordinate shipment tracking with freight carriers and manage local IT infrastructure upkeep.
