KUS Technology Corporation, based in Gemert, designs and manufactures liquid-level sensors for commercial vehicles, marine, industrial, and power generation markets. This on-site Production Assistant role supports daily production and shipping coordination, working with Shift Leads and the Supply Chain Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

You will monitor progress, manage material availability, maintain records, and help with staffing and reporting.

Formación

• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of daily production operations, orders, materials, WIP, finished goods, and shipping processes.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities with the ability to follow up on multiple activities.
• Good communication and ability to work with Shift Leads, staff, staffing agencies, and other departments.
• Attention to detail when maintaining production data, hours, reports, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and/or Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily hands-on support for production and shipping operations.
• Work closely with Shift Leads to follow up on daily production activities, priorities, and issues.
• Monitor daily production progress and assist in resolving or escalating issues that may affect output or delivery.
• Support the coordination of materials, production orders, finished goods, and shipping activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly production reports, KPI records, output data, and other operational reports.
• Ensure production data, working hours, and operational records are updated accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies regarding agency workers, including manpower requirements, attendance, working hours, shift changes, and related administration.
• Check and maintain agency worker timesheets and working-hour records.
• Support Shift Leads with daily manpower coordination and communicate staffing issues to the Supply Chain Manager when required.
• Assist with the follow-up of production orders, material shortages, WIP, and finished goods status.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Support urgent production or shipping requirements and help adjust operational priorities when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication between the production floor and the Supply Chain Manager.
• Identify and report production delays, manpower shortages, material issues, or other operational risks in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement of daily production processes, reporting, and shop-floor coordination.
