Job summary

Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Son en Breugel location near Eindhoven. You will lead the operational team, reporting to the Operations Manager, ensuring safe, efficient processes and continuous improvements on-site.

With 3+ years in a similar role in an international setting, you’ll drive productivity, manage planning, and maintain a hands-on leadership approach while communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of operations processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30 production employees and 1 Lead Operator.
• Ensure all operational processes run smoothly and safely.
• Drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
• Motivate your team day to day to achieve both team and company goals.
• Oversee daily planning together with the team leaders.
• Be present on the work floor and step in where needed.
