Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Tilburg, NL is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate a ~20-25 person team and ensure smooth daily operations on the warehouse floor. You will lead with a hands-on approach, monitor progress, and drive lean improvements while adapting to changing shifts and reporting to the Process Supervisor at our Tilburg Nokia site.

The role requires logistics experience, decisiveness, good English, and reliable transportation due to limited public transport options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics working environment.
• Decisiveness and orderliness.
• Solid level of English, both spoken and written.
• Own transportation is mandatory due to limited public transport.
• Available full-time and able to work day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of approximately 20-25 Operators and Flex workers.
• Identify and solve problems in the workplace.
• Prepare for efficient execution of the work within your sub-process.
• Inform and, in consultation with your supervisor, pick up process improvements.
• Report the progress of the work to your supervisor.
